INTRODUCTION
The New.Mec.S.a.S. understands that today the companies need to do targeted and effective investments in the automation field, consequently it offers machinery which can be easily renovated with new functions (so with reasonable costs) and which are modular among them.
The New.Mec.s.a.s. lines suggest a new production-concept : “from the article up to the box”.
This means that with one single operator it’s possible, starting from the finished article to obtain ironing, folding, packaging, labelling, bar-code and finally the discharge into baskets or boxes with a great saving in time and money.
LINE DESCRIPTION
The Line N-305-T is generally composed of :
- N-305-T ironing
- PG-BETA-B folding and packaging of more articles into one bag
- Devices for final cycle
The more advanced configuration includes as devices for the final cycle a computerized labelling station and a Cartesian unloading device (both produced by us).
The line-customizing relates to the choose of the machines, which will compose it, and the single customized devices.
The simpler configurations can be :
- ironing, folding and packaging with simple discharge with fall
- ironing, folding and packaging without bag-maker
- ironing and folding
